Pedro Solomon represents clients in complex intellectual property disputes before Brazilian state and federal courts, including cases involving patents, trademarks, copyright, unfair competition, and image rights. His practice covers both validity and infringement actions, as well as preliminary injunctions and other urgent measures, with experience in matters related to technology, telecommunications, entertainment and media, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. He also acts in unfair competition and trade dress disputes, particularly in online and offline advertising, branding strategies, and misuse of reputation and personality rights.
In addition to his litigation practice, Solomon advises on strategic management and enforcement of IP portfolios, including anti-counterfeiting measures and coordination of cross-border strategies with foreign counsel.
