BPTO redefines expedited examination requests: understand the impact on IPC H04

The BPTO has updated the rules for prioritized processing by means of INPI/DIRPA Ordinance No. 17, dated 04 December 2025, which addresses the criteria for the temporary suspension of the receipt of requests for expedited examination processing of patent applications.
