BMA’s Intellectual Property practice is recognized in IP Stars 2024

We are pleased to announce that our Intellectual Property practice has once again been recognized by IP Stars, a publication coordinated by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP). This recognition is based on contributions from companies, publicly-available data, and market feedback.

IP Stars highlighted our work in the areas of Patent Disputes, Patent Prosecution, Trademark Disputes, and Trademark Prosecution.

In addition to the recognition won by our IP practice, the guide highlighted a number of our practitioners: Antonella Carminatti and Pedro Frankovsky Barroso as Trademark Stars, Ana Cristina Müller as a Patent Star, Jana Fraccaroli and Pedro Tavares as Rising Stars, and Lilian Ghitnick and Raysa Vital Brasil Freire as Notable Practitioners.
