Firm History
BM&A PI is the result of the 2008 merger of the IP practices of Carminatti Schulz, a boutique specialized in intellectual property located in Rio de Janeiro, and Babosa, Müssnich & Aragão Advogados (BM&A Advogados), one of the leading corporate firms in Brazil.
The resulting arrangement allows our IP practice to deliver an extraordinary level of IP technical competencies provided by our science and engineering professionals, in addition to our well-established legal skills.
